Video Depositions
Our Legal videographers are Certified Legal Video Specialist's (CLVS) through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA), so you can be assured we will adhere to the guidelines of the NCRA. You will always know what you are getting with no surprises.
Our Videographers will always arrive an hour before the scheduled start time to evaluate the location, answer any questions and set-up and test our equipment, so there will be no delays to start the deposition. We will also always utilize a neutral backdrop to eliminate any distracting elements in the video frame.
Our videographers will always be professionally dressed, pleasant, well mannered and be ready to accommodate any situation or request.
We take great pride in our work at Clearview Legal Video and take every step necessary to assure the best audio/video quality possible. We use only trusted names in audio/video equipment and incorporate many steps to back up audio and video on site, so there is never a possibility of missing any testimony for the court reporter or the videographer. If needed, we can provide audio only copies via CD or e-mail for your convenience.
We provide the ordering attorney with a certified, sealed original video media of the deposition along with objection logs and certification paperwork for trial. We can provide work copies in many formats such as Depoview synchronized video transcripts, Depoview DVDs, Mpeg 1, Mpeg 2, Data CDs, DVD, YES LAW and all other popular formats.
When you schedule a video deposition with Clearview Legal Video along with a court reporter, we offer an additional savings and assure the quickest turn-around time possible by keeping everything in-house. This also assures you keeping your transcripts, videos and exhibits together. |
